These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website www.capcoral.com and services as offered by us, Cap Coral. This website offers visitors to buy sportswear. When buying an item, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cap Coral assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Order


When an order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find information about the products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you change the information.




Delivery times


Normal delivery times are 1-3 days within Sweden and between 2-12 days for orders sent to other countries in the world. Orders placed on weekends are sent the following Monday.

Pricing


All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT, you can choose to see the pricing in different currencies.

We reserve the rights to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.




Right of withdrawal


When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. The cost of returning the clothes is free if you use the return slip we send together with the parcel, if you order to any of the following countries:

For orders to other countries then mentioned above, the customer are responsible for the cost of the return and is also responsible to get the return sent and delivered to the following address:

The same applies, if you are sending the return without a return slip from us, you have to make sure that the necessary information is included in the shipment which allows us to link it to your order, such as order number, your name, etc. The clothes must be unused and preferably if possible packed in their original packaging.

You should return the products no later than 30 days after you received them.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and if possible in original packaging.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when the product is used or damaged.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.




The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


Products that have been used or are damaged.

If you return the clothes later then withing 30 days from the date you received the delivery.




Complaints and warranty claim


We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.

• You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.

• The complaint must be sent as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, and if the product doesn´t meet the expectations when you, the customer, receive it, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, or if the item is out of stock and therefore not possible to replace, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customers, when the customer received a defective item.




How do you proceed with a complaint?


• Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@capcoral.com or via the contact form at www.capcoral.com where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.

• If we are unable to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.

• We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.




Limitation of liability


• We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

• We do not accept any liability for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.

• Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images or videos on the site reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
